“Managing live-event coverage with many objectives, flawlessly and in real time.”

The Brief

As the headline sponsor of Java Jazz Festival, BNI wanted to build pre-event hype, engage audiences during the festival, and drive booth visits and participation in exclusive promotions. Our task was to capture these moments and deliver them in real time across social media.

The Challenge

With overlapping performances, simultaneous brand activations, and a bustling festival environment, the team had to juggle multiple objectives while producing fast-turnaround content without missing key moments or compromising quality.

The Process

We deployed a lean but agile team, including two on-site editors, three runners, a project manager, two hybrid creators, two videographers, and two photographers, all working in sync across multiple areas. The workflow enabled seamless capturing, editing, and publishing of content in real time, ensuring every activation, promo, and live moment was covered.

Deliverables

Across the press conference, pre-event, and three-day festival, we produced a complete suite of content: 2 reels, 12 story videos, 2 giveaway reels, 9 giveaway Instagram stories, 43 live update Instagram stories, 1 reels cover, and over 300 edited photos, all delivered during the event.

The Result

The campaign generated over 2.5 million total views across social media platforms, amplifying awareness of BNI’s sponsorship and driving online and on-ground engagement.
