Amway – Company Culture Recap

“Capturing authentic employee voices under tight deadlines in a fun, engaging way.

The Brief

Amway Indonesia commissioned us to create a company culture recap, showcasing all employees and divisions. The goal was to highlight how they felt about 2025 and their hopes for 2026 in a fun, exciting, and authentic “Amway way.”

The Challenge

With nearly 100 employees across multiple divisions and only one week from brief to delivery, scheduling and organizing shoots while keeping the content fun and cohesive was a major challenge.

The Process

We established a core premise and creative direction, then encouraged employees to express themselves in their own style. Our crew moved efficiently to capture every participant amidst their busy schedules, ensuring each voice was included. The footage was then edited into a quick-paced, dynamic video that balanced authenticity with a fun, high-energy presentation.

Deliverables

One quick-paced, engaging video designed to open their internal year-end event presentation.

The Result

The video debuted at Amway’s year-end event, creating a fun, celebratory mood and earning praise from both employees and top management. Leaders, including senior executives, specifically noted their appreciation for the energy and authenticity captured in the video.

PUBG Mobile – PUBG Guy Adventure

“Making diverse experiences stand out with fun, mascot-driven storytelling.”

The Brief

Across multiple campaigns, our goal was to highlight various events, ranging from Japanese culture festivals to Bernadya concerts in Jakarta and Malaysia, as well as New Year celebrations, through the adventures of PUBG’s mascot. The mascot wandered around, interacted with attendees, and showcased each event’s unique vibe in a fun and whimsical way.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to capture the key moments of each event while keeping the content playful and engaging, showing both the scale and the little moments that make each event special.

The Process

We followed the mascot across different events, capturing spontaneous interactions, immersive moments, and playful scenes. Each shoot was approached with a planned yet flexible, creative mindset to ensure the whimsical personality of the PUBG mascot shone through while staying true to the atmosphere of each event. Footage was edited into short, attention-grabbing reels optimized for social media, highlighting both the big stages and small details.

Deliverables

Multiple short-form video reels tailored for social media, each showcasing the event through the actions of PUBG’s mascot.

The Result

The videos were fun, whimsical, and highly engaging, showcasing what makes each event unique and sparking FOMO among viewers, driving excitement and attendance for future events.

PFI – FI Fest (Indonesia Philanthropy Festival)

“Documenting a large-scale festival while capturing key human interactions.”

The Brief

Perhimpunan Filantropi Indonesia commissioned us to document the Filantropi Festival, capturing every session, interaction, and highlight to create a complete visual record of the event.

The Challenge

With multiple simultaneous activities across different areas, the key challenge was ensuring full coverage while maintaining consistency, clarity, and storytelling that conveyed both the event’s scale and its human-centered moments.

The Process

Our documentation team coordinated methodically across various zones of the festival, assigning crews to sessions, exhibitors, and special interactions. We captured both large-scale event moments and intimate human interactions, ensuring the footage could later be woven into cohesive narratives. By planning coverage in advance and maintaining clear communication on-site, we were able to capture the breadth and depth of the festival without missing key highlights.

Deliverables

A comprehensive documentation package, including event highlight videos, full session recordings, and curated photo selections showcasing key moments throughout the festival.

The Result

The documentation became a central visual archive for Filantropi Indonesia’s reporting and partner communications, effectively showcasing the festival’s scale, engagement, and impact. It provided a clear reference for both future events and stakeholder presentations, reinforcing the festival’s significance.

WRI Indonesia – Identifikasi Kayu

“Translating complex research into clear, engaging stories for stakeholders.”

The Brief

WRI Indonesia asked us to document the journey of their Wood Forensic Program, showing each step of the process and how it enables stakeholders to trace wood origins and promote sustainable forestry practices.

The Challenge

The project spanned several months and involved multiple institutions, requiring careful coordination to capture complex technical processes while making the story relevant and accessible to a diverse audience, including government bodies, law enforcement, scientists, and NGOs.

The Process

We deployed compact, flexible crews to follow critical moments throughout the program, documenting key procedures and interactions with institutions. Footage was carefully organized and edited into clear, story-driven videos that translated WRI’s scientific work into narratives that are engaging and understandable for non-specialist audiences. Visuals, voiceovers, and illustrative graphics were incorporated to highlight both methodology and real-world impact, bridging technical detail with human-centered storytelling.

Deliverables

Three documentary style videos and one live-stream session, designed for stakeholder presentations and social media awareness campaigns.

The Result

The videos became central to WRI Indonesia’s communication materials, effectively introducing the Wood Forensic initiative and its methodology to a broad audience. They supported stakeholder understanding, engagement, and advocacy efforts, helping establish credibility and awareness for sustainable forestry practices.

BNI – Java Jazz Festival

“Managing live-event coverage with many objectives, flawlessly and in real time.”

The Brief

As the headline sponsor of Java Jazz Festival, BNI wanted to build pre-event hype, engage audiences during the festival, and drive booth visits and participation in exclusive promotions. Our task was to capture these moments and deliver them in real time across social media.

The Challenge

With overlapping performances, simultaneous brand activations, and a bustling festival environment, the team had to juggle multiple objectives while producing fast-turnaround content without missing key moments or compromising quality.

The Process

We deployed a lean but agile team, including two on-site editors, three runners, a project manager, two hybrid creators, two videographers, and two photographers, all working in sync across multiple areas. The workflow enabled seamless capturing, editing, and publishing of content in real time, ensuring every activation, promo, and live moment was covered.

Deliverables

Across the press conference, pre-event, and three-day festival, we produced a complete suite of content: 2 reels, 12 story videos, 2 giveaway reels, 9 giveaway Instagram stories, 43 live update Instagram stories, 1 reels cover, and over 300 edited photos, all delivered during the event.

The Result

The campaign generated over 2.5 million total views across social media platforms, amplifying awareness of BNI’s sponsorship and driving online and on-ground engagement.

BNI – wondrX Expo

“Real-time event coverage, producing engaging high volume videos quickly and consistently.”

The Brief

BNI wanted to promote and recap their wondrX expo in real time, capturing the excitement of the event through social media content that both documented the activities and encouraged more visitors to attend.

The Challenge

Managing a hectic multi-day schedule with numerous simultaneous activations, while producing a large volume of engaging, same-day content under tight deadlines.

The Process

We implemented an on-site content workflow with multiple videographers, photographers, drone operator, designers, two project managers, two content creators, and five standby editors. This setup ensured every key moment was captured, edited, and published seamlessly throughout the event, enabling real-time social media coverage.

Deliverables

A comprehensive suite of real-time content: 5 recap videos, 11 live reports, 8 social media reels, 8 reel covers, and over 300 edited photos, all produced and published during the event.

The Result

The content drove stronger engagement and increased visitor participation both online and offline. BNI praised the speed, quality, and professionalism of the delivery, highlighting our ability to manage complex events while producing high-impact content.

BNI – 79th Anniversary

“Nationwide events, same-day content—from Sumatra to Papua, without coordination headaches.”

The Brief

BNI commissioned us to document their nationwide anniversary celebrations, spanning from Sumatra to Papua. The objective was to produce timely, high-quality video content for social media coverage and promotional use, capturing the scale and energy of simultaneous events across Indonesia.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was coordinating multiple production teams across vast geographic distances while delivering same-day edits. This required tight scheduling, clear communication between regional teams, and a workflow that could support fast turnaround without compromising quality.

The Process

We set up a central coordination and editing hub to manage footage intake, real-time communication, and post-production. Multiple crews were deployed simultaneously across regions, supported by trusted local collaborators in remote cities to ensure consistent coverage.

This centralized workflow enabled efficient data transfer, aligned creative direction, and rapid editing, allowing content to be delivered on time for same-day and next-day social media publishing.

Deliverables

A total of 32 video assets produced across multiple regions, including same-day edits, promotional videos, live reports, event highlights, CSR coverage, and offline activation documentation.

The Result

The project was praised by the client for its fast turnaround, consistent video quality, and seamless coordination across regions, demonstrating our ability to manage large-scale, time-sensitive productions with reliability and care.

Pond’s Skin Institute – Product Launching

“Turning product innovation into a launch people remember.”

The Brief

Pond’s launched a new skincare product featuring Niasorcinol, marking a key breakthrough in their product innovation. To introduce this launch, Pond’s hosted an exclusive influencer event while unveiling Pevita Pearce as the brand ambassador.

The objective was to capture the essence of the event, from the product messaging and scientific breakthrough to the official unveiling of the product and the glamour surrounding the Pond’s x Pevita collaboration, through event coverage and Instagram reels designed for social distribution.

The Challenge

The main challenge was translating a high-profile, fast-paced launch event into concise short-form content without losing narrative clarity. The content needed to balance multiple priorities at once: celebrity presence, product education, event atmosphere, and brand prestige, all within the constraints of social media habits.

The Process

We approached the project with a storytelling-first mindset, identifying key narrative moments before the eventfrom the introduction of Niasorcinol to Pevita’s role as brand ambassador. During production, we focused on capturing both structured moments and candid interactions to reflect the event’s exclusivity and energy.

In post-production, the footage was shaped into focused narratives optimized for Instagram Reels, ensuring the product message, brand ambassador presence, and event glamour were clearly communicated within short-form timelines.

Deliverables

Two Instagram reels: one introducing Pevita Pearce as Pond’s Brand Ambassador while highlighting the new product, and one event documentation reel capturing key moments, atmosphere, and influencer presence.

The Result

The final reels delivered polished, high-quality event content that clearly communicated the product launch and strengthened Pond’s brand presence on social media, reinforcing the impact of the Pond’s x Pevita collaboration.
